Weightlifting - Look...clean all you want. But, the power clean is legit.
Taekwondo - Kicking. All kicking. Some punching but all kicking. These legs are so flexible and quick that you miss head shots. Shoutout to the coaches who get head shot reviews - lightning quick and flexible.
Sport Climbing - Yes! Spiderpeople on display. I like this sport a lot.
Sailing - Delayed again due to weather. Found other sports to watch. Lol.
Rowing - I can't believe I missed all of the rowing. Lol. Replay is helpful. Watching it reminds me of its high cross training sport propensity. Try it out if you do not row.
Track & Field - Alright, I lost track (pun intended) of where I am as I back track days on here. A lot has happened in track. But, did you see Quincy Hall for the 🇺🇸 hawk down the fleet to win gold in the Men's 400m? My goodness!!! What a race and effort. Bravo, Quincy!!
