This Year: Don't Be Afraid to Laugh

I bet you could name 10 comedians even if you don't listen to all 10. You could name more people who make you laugh. Why is that? Because laughter is contagious or at least it should be contagious. Laughter makes you feel good and helps you through stressful situations. Laughter breaks the ice and serves as a great conversation piece on long road trips with friends, family, or with new people you meet.

Laughter bonds.

Laughter is one of the most versatile actions. What does that mean? Different jokes, stories, and scenarios make you laugh. Someone may laugh at a corny joke and another person may never crack a smile.

What type of exercise do clocks prefer?...TikTok.

See, you laughed. Someone didn't laugh.

To laugh, the consensus varies on the number of muscles needed to experience this awesome action. But, the three main pieces of anatomy used are your diaphragm, stomach, and face. You have probably seen the meme with Zach Galifianakis laughing with his mouth closed, barely trying to make a facial expression. He lets out a belly laugh while straining. Yes, that one from the movie Dinner for Schmucks. Exercise your time to laugh.

For a month or so, I entertained an Instagram Live session on laughing where anyone could just laugh. It never got a live audience, well, a few people joined in to watch on some occasions. The main reason for the Laugh Lounge: have a place where people can laugh, just cause.

What prompted the lounge? I saw a stat that we stop laughing a lot between the ages of 25 and 70. It made me think about the reason why because laughter is free. Some reasons for the lack of laughter: Life. Yea, life. Responsibilities amount and people stop laughing as much as they did prior to their mid 20s when life tends to hold an easier way to looking grandeur. After 70, most people have retired and enjoy traveling and laughing.

I like young couples and families that travel.

In 2022, do not forget to use life to laugh. Get through a rough patch and laugh about it. Will it take time? Sure. Laughter and frowning are contagious but make laughter the winner because it heals. Too many other individuals want to feel joy and laughter is the outlet.

Guess what? I like to laugh through physical pain. Yes, a difficult workout finds me chuckling.

If you need assistance laughing. Talk to someone who will actively listen. Listen to some comedians on the list below or make up your own list:

Michael Jr

Ilizas

Spice Adams

There are more. From psychpages.com check out some reasons to smile or laugh:

Lower blood pressure

Boost mood

Relieves stress

Makes you look good

Boosts immune system

It's contagious

Laughter and Workouts. So, with physical activity, how in the world can laughter help? When you laugh, you feel safe and free to do things you want to do, need to do, and should do. Pretty good combination, in my opinion. Laugh and do other activities that can boost good health and that can serve as beneficial contagions.
