I have to rank these lower body exercises, which, of course, are opinionated. See which one below fits you the best. I would supply a link to all of them, but, you know what? I'll be the one to start in the video. Yea, that sounds great! But, all ten below are Google-friendly:

1) Sprints - they get everything: the reciprocal motion and coordination, speed, power...
2) Split Jumps - feel great.
3) Linear Skaters - single leg activity works wonders.
4) Pogo Jumps - love them as a warm up, exercises, and jump prep.
5) Multi-directional Power Jumps - be the king or queen of the air.
6) Single Leg RDL/DL - so versatile for targeting, lower back, hammies, and glutes.
7) Lateral Lunges - slower but full of versatility.
8) Bulgarian Squats - haven't been to Bulgarian, but I've been to the burn of Bulgarian squats.
9) Front Squats - it's the wrist flexibility that disturbs, but it's a superb exercise.
10) Back Squats - I could sub it in for single leg squats, but do the basic well.

Wait! D, where are the linear lunges?
Why, they are not here because they're ranked #11. You already have lateral lunges and Bulgarian lunges, so your glutes get enough work. Plus, you can do a lateral lunge walk.
No worries for LLWs.
How many of the above exercises have you not completed this year? Hop to it, peeps!
Much success to you | Derek | @teemptraining | derekteempt@gmail.com
