It is December 13th, so here are some challenges that you can perform for the rest of the year:
1) 19 seconds of 19 wall sits followed up by 19 squats: wall sit, squat, wall sit.
2) 1 sprint for 19 feet or 19 meters or yards every 19 minutes. You can also start this one after work for 9 rounds.
3) 19 push-ups every 19 minutes for 90 minutes.
4) 1-mile run for 19 consecutive days.
5) 19 random exercises for 19 seconds each over 19 consecutive days.
6) 19 burpees or burpee walk-ups with a 19-second rest interval for 3 cycles over 19 consecutive days.
7) 19 pull-ups every day for 19 consecutive days. You may find yourself switching grips.
8) 19-second plank holds followed by 19 Plank taps for 19 cycles over 19 consecutive days.
Go with those 8.
