OK, here is the idea with in-home games:
You can make up any game such as, capture the flag, tag, freeze tag, hide-n-go-seek, and more.
But, you have to stay in a crawl.
If you get tired, then rest but don't advance without crawling.
Call out the type of crawl before the game begins: bear crawl, tiger crawl, commando crawls, gorilla walk, or freestyle/alternate, etc.
Use a basement or the entire house.
If needed, venture to the back, front, or side yard.
For capture the flag, you can place the flag anywhere in the house.
For another game, do a treasure hunt while in a crawl position.
What you get out of it: upper body strength; floor core strength; coordination; fun; a solid base; play.
